Known for superior USDA Prime beef, seafood specialties, and an award-winning wine selection, Ruth's Chris Steak House is an internationally recognized restaurant brand famous for providing elegant dining experiences. There are currently 5 locations in Hawaii, each with local roots and a regionally distinct identity.

 

Challenge

Ruth's Chris Hawaii was in need of a dynamic web presence that maintained their corporate brand identity while accentuating the unique characteristics of the Hawaii locations to attract travelers, including visitors from Japan.

Action

To achieve this balance, the PRTech team helped infuse a little Hawaiian flare and carefully merchandise regional offerings on an original website that mimicked the corporate design.

While its identical appearance seamlessly transitions users over from the corporate site, PRTech customized the website content specifically for the Hawaii market.

 

Reservation Form

A custom reservation solution with target language functionality and support from PRTech's multilingual online concierge staff was integrated into the Japanese and Korean-language websites. During its first year live in 2013, Ruth’s Chris Hawaii received 858 reservations. Last year, the reservation form collected a total of 14,364 bookings.
