Hawaii—Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki has launched Simplified
Chinese language websites in responsive design. The property previously went live with its Japanese and Korean language websites in responsive design to appeal to an increasing number of international travelers from Asia viewing websites on mobile devices.
“Responsive design appeals directly to the ‘digitally adept’ Asian international travelers who research and book their Hawaii hotel stays online,” said Jon Kaneshiro, Chief Technology Officer, PRTech. “Now this is possible on any digital platform, including ALL mobile devices. All content and all images are accessible in full without any distortion.”
Prince Resorts Hawaii will be developing websites for its two Big Island properties— Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel and Mauna Kea Beach Hotel—in responsive design next year in Korean and in Simplified and Traditional Chinese languages.
