Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing and managing the integrated campaigns which include Social Media, Affiliate programs, Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing. He/She will be responsible for assimilating data from multiple sources, compiling the information and drawing actionable conclusions that can be measured and reported.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Assist in the management and quality assurance of web content to ensure branding and content standards are met
  • Optimize websites, drive relevant traffic and SEO content writing
  • Manage digital campaigns, including planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting.
  • Work on growing our digital audience by developing highly innovative marketing campaigns through digital channels and experiences, and tracks ROI of digital investments
  • Ensure strong brand alignment and consistency across all digital channels
  • Lead market research on client brands and travel trends to improve the customer experience
  • Design and create various digital display, SEO/SEM, social, email, push and mobile display advertising campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Translates and proofreads various type of material for print and/or web use
  • Follow relevant feeds, blogs, pages, etc. to stay up-to-date on the latest trends to identify opportunities, strategies and features in the social media space

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS) or equivalent with emphasis in marketing, business or communications preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in social media marketing, brand marketing, campaign marketing and/or product marketing
  • Working communication skills in English and Korean, Chinese or Japanese
  • An extremely reliable, consistent and hard-working team player who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Experience with search engine optimization best practices, search engine marketing and related analytics is a plus
  • Relationship with bloggers and influencers is a plus
  • Knowledge in the Hospitality Industry is a plus

Language Requirements

  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in Korean, Chinese or Japanese language.
